We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods, it may take a little longer.


WHY DON'T WE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

 

Oertekyr does not have a call centre, so we’re not set up to handle a high volume of phone calls. This cost saving allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Therefore our support is entirely online, which is exactly how we started.

 

While you may occasionally receive automated updates, every message we receive is managed by our expert and friendly human team.
